Create More Dispute process
Glossary of terms in this process:
“Blogger” the creator who is paid using Create More
“Supporter” the user paying the Blogger
“Supplier” Blog Authentic Ltd
“Agent” providers of any tools and services Blog Authentic Ltd use to manage the Create More programme
Raising a dispute
Any Supporter who wishes to raise a dispute to claim a refund must do so within 30 days of the agreed service delivery date, which is the 1st of every month.
Disputes must be submitted in writing to email@example.com with DISPUTE [Blog Name] in the title. The Supporter must provide the following details:
- why they are asking for a refund
- any proof of agreements between the Blogger and Supporter
Blog Authentic Ltd will within 3 working days notify the blogger of the dispute.
Mediation of the dispute
Once notified of a dispute the Blogger must respond within 14 days.
Blog Authentic Ltd will determine the outcome within 7 days of receipt of the Blogger’s response.
Blog Authentic Ltd will not be held responsible if:
The Supporter or Customer change their contact details (email) during the dispute process or if mails are caught in a spam filter.
If there is a misinterpretation of the services agreed by the Supporter or Blogger. Refunds are only issued for non-delivery of agreed services. We will not issue refunds for disputers over quality or content. The Blogger has full liability for delivery of services.
Any claim raised through the Create More Dispute Process is mediated by Blog Authentic Ltd and their decision is final and binding for either party.
